By Chloe is a fast-casual concept however with a focus on wholesome, delicious, plant-based food that fuels & energises without compromising on flavour. First started in New York, By Chloe now has locations across the US & two locations in London in Covent Garden & by Tower Bridge.
They are fantastic for when I want something slightly healthier to eat with their amazing salads. The salads are a generous size so are filling but really tasty with the interesting mixes created By Chloe.
My favourite is the quinoa taco salad. It includes chopped romaine lettuce, quinoa, a spicy seitan chorizo, black beans, sweetcorn, avocado, tomatoes, tortilla strips, tofu crema & an agave-lime vinaigrette. The salad is full of so much flavour, and I love the texture with the crunchiness of the tortilla strips. I also really like the kale caesar salad with shredded kale, chopped romaine, shiitake bacon, avocado, almond parm, maple-wheat croutons and caesar dressing. They have the option for delivery so you can also enjoy at home.
